Assembly was carried out by an independent contractor chosen directly by the client.

01Your hardware budget
Check the indicative carport price ranges before committing. For other structures, ask for budget guidance. The exact hardware quotation follows the drawings.
02Your starting information
Site address, dimensions, module references and photographs of the ground or roof. Missing information? Check with us before paying.
03Timing and file formats
The schedule is confirmed after the complete brief is reviewed. Delivery formats are agreed with you; tell us before paying if you need editable DWG or DXF files.
04A defined scope
Capacity is a guide, not the only criterion. If your project falls outside the package, we agree the next steps before additional work. No extra charge without your agreement.

You are commissioning a standalone design service. Once fully paid, the project-specific drawings are yours, even if you later choose another supplier.

02 / Study fee credited subject to conditions

Your study counts towards the next step.

Then order your structure from Sunrak: 100% of the net study fee can be credited against the hardware.

100% of the net study fee is credited against your structure order when placed within 90 days for the same site and scope, provided the net hardware value is at least five times the study fee. This is a commercial credit and cannot be paid out in cash.

Every study includes

A dossier to understand the structural choices, identify the parts and prepare for assembly.

After full payment, the rights to the project-specific drawings are assigned to you. They remain valid only for the assessed site, dimensions, loads and references. Any change to a section, fixing, module or foundation must be revalidated.

    After payment, send the site address, dimensions, module references and your documents.

    Receive calculations and drawings

    Our engineering team checks payment and project data before calculations begin. One correction round within the initial scope is included.

    Then approve the hardware quotation

    We quote the hardware specified in the drawings. You then decide whether to place an order.

What information should I prepare?

The exact site address, required dimensions, capacity and module references, ground or roof details, constraints and any available photographs or drawings. Complete the technical brief after payment.

Does the price include hardware or installation?

No. It covers the structural study and its deliverables. The hardware is quoted separately afterwards. Installation is not included in this service.

What if I do not buy the hardware from Sunrak?

You retain the project-specific drawings after full payment. They apply only to the assessed site and specifications; changes to sections, fixings, modules or foundations must be revalidated.

When does the study begin?

Calculations begin after payment is checked and a complete brief is received. If information is missing, our engineering team will contact you.
