CGGK LLC, represented in France by KJFISCALE SAS, is the data controller within the meaning of the GDPR.

Data collected

Via the quote form: identity (first/last name), contact details, project data (structure type, postcode, roof type, dimensions, output, photos), technical data (IP, browser, navigation) and marketing (UTM sources).

• Handling and follow-up of your quote request
• Engineering team study and quotation
• Pre-contractual commercial communication
• Anonymised analytics and service improvement
• Accounting and tax obligations

Legal bases

Pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f), consent for the optional newsletter (Art. 6.1.a).

Retention

• Non-converted prospects: 3 years from last contact
• Customers: 10 years from end of commercial relationship
• Anonymised Plausible data: 6 months

Non-EU transfers

Transfer to Wanhos (China) governed by EU standard contractual clauses (Decision 2021/914). No other non-EU transfers.
